Grief Groups

Facing the Mourning

Facing the Mourning is a 4 week curriculum based group facilitated by N’Keya open to all types of losses. Each participant will receive a manual prior to the beginning of the group. Groups will begin and/or end with a short mindfulness and grief yoga® exercise.

Week 1: Explore honoring your loved one through building memorials.

Week 2: Explore letter writing to share more about your experiences with loss.

Week 3: Explore your style of journaling and how writing can help you process your grief journey.

Week 4: Explore setting goals with milestones as you move forward while honoring your grief.

Honor your grief and your loved one by joining a supportive group with people who have experienced loss.
