Grief Yoga® uses movement, breath and sound to release pain and struggle to connect more to empowerment and love.
Individual 1:1 Grief Yoga® Session: A private grief yoga® session with N’Keya that focuses on releasing an emotion of your choice related to your grief.
Private Group Grief Yoga® Session: A private grief yoga® session with N’Keya and a group of people who may have experienced the same loss, this can include a group of family members or friends.
Public Group Grief Yoga® Session: A public grief yoga® session with N’Keya and a group of people who have experienced different losses.
*Sessions are facilitated via Zoom. Grief Yoga® is a gentle practice that can be practiced on a yoga mat or on a chair.
